Nowadays, L type jet flow dyeing machine is necessary for some special fabric dyeing. Currently on market, this type of machine has limitations such as large liquor ratio, high energy consumption, narrow application range. After great efforts in research and design, our company managed to develop a latest model BANANA which has double fabric tubes with both jet flow and overflow function. Its actual min. liquor ratio is only 1:5, energy consumption lowered to the same level as low liquor ratio overflow dyeing machine. BANANA is mainly used for synthetic knit fabric and has unique advantage for dyeing easily wrinkled fabrics.

Wide Range of Applications
BANANA is suitable for various common gsm fabrics like polyester, polyamide, spandex, cotton, polyester filament, spun, twisting, micro fiber, synthetic fiber and fiber blends.
Its overflow nozzle is used for knit fabric dyeing with low head and large flow pump.
Could change nozzle diameter based on different fabric, nozzle gap is adjustable.
Automatic filtering system (optional)
The automatic filtering system is of patent design. It can filter and remove the fluffs automatically for labor saving and short dyeing process.
