Patented Design(SAX Shaped Fabric Loading Tube)
The patented composite fabric loading tube, shaped like the saxophone. Fabrics change shapes many times inside, it can reduce creases on the fabric surface by changing the folding shape.
High Quality Dyeing
26S/1-40S cotton plain weave, pull frame plain weave, TC type single jersey, thick fleece, TR NR Ponte-de-roma, serge fabric, small circular knitted fabric, woven cotton, etc.
Low Tension Design
The built-in winch effectively reduces the lifting height of the fabric, running tension and also the gsm changes of the fabric which is conducive to reducing the shrinkage rate of the fabric.
Eliminating Foam Design
The same type machines generally have the problems of too much foam and pile turnover. The patented nozzle and fabric chamber reduce the production of foam and the use of defoamer, and lower the probability of pile turn over, bottom stuck and twisting.
Uniform Dosing System
The bottom of the cylinder is equipped with a horizontal circulation system. The dye is diluted three times from the dosing tank to the nozzle which greatly improves the leveling effect and achieving fast dosing.
Capacity Adjustment Function
Large capacity design, with a single tube maximum capacity of 400kg, equipped with capacity adjustment function, the width of the fabric chamber can be adjusted to adapt to the capacity changes of dyeing batches.
High-penetration Spray Nozzle
The pressure of the traditional overflow machine nozzle is generally below 0.1MPa. When dyeing high-density thick fabrics, the penetration force is insufficient, resulting in creases. The newly designed high penetration nozzle can achieve a maximum spray pressure of 0.2MPa which effectively improves the dyeing quality.
Highly Intelligent Control
Advanced automatic and high precision control system ensure the high re-productivity and high quality dyeing. Other smart control such as central control system, central chemical dosing system, remote monitoring system(RMON) and online monitoring system are also available.
Eco-friendly and Energy Saving
The minimum liquor ratio can be low as 1:5, reduces the various consumption amount to the extreme.
