Features of Garment Dyeing Machine


After constant research and development (R&D), our company developed the first High Efficient Eco-Friendly Energy-saving Garment Dyeing Machine. It reaches the international advanced technique level.


With full load, its lowest liquor ratio can reach 1:6 for visible effect of energy saving and consumption reduction. This can greatly reduce customers' dyeing costs and ensure good profit in the competitive market.


Advantages of Garment Dyeing Machine


  • Integrated polygonal rotary cage divided into 3 separate compartments makes the garment dyeing more even. Low liquor ratio saves water, steam and auxiliaries cost, the labor time and cost for sorting different fabric pieces can also be saved.

  • While the cage is rotating, the inside garments turn over by gravity. There's no need for big current shot. So no damage, no tangle will occur and there's much less crease problem.

  • Advanced automatic control system ensures high re-productivity and high quality of dyeing. Other smart control such as central control system, central chemical feeding system, remote monitoring system (RMON), online monitoring system are also available.

  • Max. Working temperature of Model MGD is 102℃;

    Max. Working temperature of Model HGD is 140℃;

  • Its pre-dehydration function can reduce rinsing times, save time and water. More convenient for garments unloading and improve working conditions.

  • Double braking system ensures accurate positioning and safety when loading and unloading the garments.
