It is mainly suitable for dyeing cotton fabrics and synthetic blends, such as 26-42S cotton, TC fleece, light gsm Ponte-de-roma etc. Its key feature is low liquor ratio and uniform dyeing result. The liquor ratio can be low as 1:4 while perfect dyeing color depth and excellent dyeing fastness can be achieved.
It is a low energy consumption dyeing machine with only 5kw per dye tube, the lowest compared with other common overflow dyeing machines.
The low liquor ratio over flow dyeing machine has several patented techniques. It greatly improves the dyeing performance of easily wrinkled fabrics and has a wide range of application.
It can truly achieve the super large capacity of max. 350kg per tube.

Its unique uniform flow dyeing technology is more suitable for dyeing sensitive color such as gray, brown, turquoise blue and etc.

The lowest liquor ratio is 1:4. So it can reduce various dyeing consumption to a minimum.

Smart Control
Advanced automatic control system ensures high re-productivity and high quality of dyeing.
Other smart control such as central control system, central chemical feeding system, remote monitoring system (RMON), online monitoring system are also available.
Automatic filtering system
The automatic filtering system is of patent design. It can filter and remove the fluffs automatically to save labor and shorten dyeing process.
