The latest weir flow spray pipe is very durable. The dyed tube isintegrated with the yarn shift tube, and the dyed yarn has absolutely no entanglement or knot. lt is easy to rewinding afterdyeing, and the loss rate is low.
Specially designed water regulator can adjust water quantity arbi-trarily according to the dyeing yarn quantity, type and the numberof yarn branches.
After structure optimization, the liquor ratio of the machine isreduced to 1:6~1:10, which helps save water and reduce cost.
