Full-Mode Model
Our Full-Mode Model offers the freedom to switch between air atomization, airflow, and overflow dyeing, making it suitable for both thick and tightly woven fabrics, as well as normal knitted fabrics. With a minimum liquor ratio of 1:3 for air atomization dyeing and 1:4 for airflow dyeing, it provides optimal dyeing results.
Pure Overflow Function (Optional)
In addition to the three modes, our machine also includes a pure overflow mode that can be customized according to customer requirements.
Patented Design for Enhanced Performance
Our machine features a patented direct-link blower with double air vents, significantly increasing wind pressure. With a minimum power consumption of only 3.5KW per tube, it consumes much less energy compared to similar airflow dyeing machines in the market. For fabrics prone to creasing, a larger blower option is available.
Highly Intelligent Control System
Equipped with advanced features such as a flow meter for water supply control, automatic lint filtering system, intelligent washing system, seam detecting system, proportional heating and cooling system, and dynamic drainage, our machine offers highly intelligent control for precise and efficient dyeing.
Super Large Capacity
Each tube has a maximum capacity of 400kg, while the overall capacity of the dyeing machine reaches 4800kg, allowing for large-scale dyeing operations.
Ultra Low Energy Consumption
With a blower minimum energy consumption of 3.5KW per tube, our machine offers energy efficiency comparable to overflow dyeing machines. Additionally, it saves water similar to airflow dyeing machines.
High-Quality Dyeing for Various Fabrics
Our Full-Mode Model is capable of dyeing a wide range of fabrics, including knit fabrics such as single jersey, OE yarn, double-sided ply yarn, taffeta, Ponte-de-roma, circular knitting single jersey, composite fabrics, fleece, and terry fabrics. It is also suitable for woven fabrics like memory-like fabric, pongee, polyester taffeta, chiffon, nylon taffeta, four-way stretch fabrics, ice silk wrinkle, Vinegar Silk Cotton, High Elastic, taslan, and nylon four-way stretch. Additionally, it effectively solves the challenging dyeing requirements of nylon synthetic fibers, swimwear fabric, spandex blends, mesh fabric, lace, wedding fabric, and more, which were previously difficult to achieve with low liquor ratio overflow dyeing machines.
