In response to the increasing pressure of environmental protection and energy consumption in the dyeing industry, our company is continuously improving and innovating, and has successfully developed a new generation of environmentally friendly KOALA series overflow dyeing machine. This model is mainly aimed at fabrics such as 26S/1-42S knitted cotton, TC fleece, Ponte-de-roma below medium gsm, polyester/cotton double side fabric and etc. lt has the characteristics of low liquor ratio, low energy consumption, low wastage and good levelness. The liquor ratio can be low as 1:5, quality and color fastness of the dyed fabric are at a first-class level. lt has broad adaptability for fabrics that are easy to fuzz and crease. Also the power consumption is lower compared with all categories of dyeing machines, with an average power consumption of only 5KW per tube. According to the latest dyeing function efficiency value and energy efficiency level industry standards, it is the first-level energy efficiency equipment.

KOALA series dyeing machine has solved the problem of easy crease on high density and synthetic fiber fabrics, such as 21S/1, 26S/1, cotton fabrics and blended fabrics of polyester filament, micro-fiber and spandex. Its unique uniform flow dyeing technology is more suitable for dyeing sensitive color such as gray, brown, turquoise blue and etc.

The lowest liquor ratio is 1:4. So it can reduce various dyeing consumption to a minimum.

Smart Control
Advanced automatic control system ensures high re-productivity and high quality of dyeing.
Other smart control such as central control system, central chemical feeding system, remote monitoring system (RMON), online monitoring system are also available.
Automatic filtering system
The automatic filtering system is of patent design. It can filter and remove the fluffs automatically to save labor and shorten dyeing process.

Max capacity of the dyeing machine: 2800kg.
