Pneumatic Diaphragm Valve
Pneumatic diaphragm valve is used for regulating pneumatic film equipment.
The development of pneumatic diaphragm valve has a history of 80 years since the beginning of the 20th century, and has produced ten categories of regulator products, self-operated valves and positioners.
pneumatic diaphragm valves are the most widely used type of final control element. Other final control elements include metering pumps, regulating baffles and louvered baffles (a variation of butterfly valves), variable pitch fan blades, current regulating devices, and motor positioning devices other than valves. Although the regulator is widely used, other units in the regulator system probably do not require as much maintenance. In many systems, the regulator is subjected to more severe operating conditions such as temperature, pressure, corrosion and contamination than other components, however, when it controls the flow of process fluids, it must operate satisfactorily and with minimal maintenance.
The pneumatic diaphragm valve is composed of two parts: electric actuator or pneumatic actuator and regulating valve. Regulating valves are usually divided into straight single-seat regulating valves and straight two-seat regulating valves, the latter has the characteristics of large flow capacity, small unbalance force and stable operation, so it is usually especially suitable for large flow, high pressure drop and less leakage occasions.
