Pneumatic Three-piece Ball Valve
Pneumatic three-piece ball valve is a ball valve equipped with a pneumatic actuator. The execution speed of pneumatic actuators is relatively fast, and workers do not need to do it themselves, which saves human resources and time to a large extent.
Pneumatic three-piece ball valve is evolved from the globe valve. It has the same rotary 90 degree lift action, except that the cock body is spherical and has circular through-holes or channels through its axis. The proportion of the sphere and the passageway should be such that when the ball is rotated 90 degrees, the sphere should be all present at the inlet and outlet, thus cutting off the flow.
Pneumatic three-piece ball valve only needs to rotate 90 degrees with the gas operation and a small torque to close tightly. The completely equal body cavity provides the medium with little resistance and a straight flow path.
