The patented composite guide tube, shaped like the saxophone, the fabric inside will change shape many times, by changing the folding shape it can reduce crease on surface.
High-penetration spray nozzle
The traditional overflow machine nozzle pressure is generally below 0.1MPa. When dyeing high density thick gram heavy fabric, the penetration is insufficient, resulting in crease. The newly designed high penetration nozzle pressure can be up to 0.2MPa, effectively improve the dyeing quality.
Energy saving and environmental friendly
The minimum liquor ratio can be low as 1: 4, reduces the various consumption amount to the extreme.
Intelligent control
Advanced automatic and high precision control system ensure the high re-productivity and high quality dyeing. Other smart control such as central control system, central chemical feeding system, remote monitoring system(RMON), online monitoring system are also available.
