Full-Mode Model
Can switch freely between air atomization, airflow and overflow dyeing. This model is suitable for both thick and tightly woven fabrics and normal knitted fabrics.The lowest liquor ratio of air atomization dyeing is 1:3 and the lowest liquor ratio of airflow dyeing is 1:4.
Pure Overflow Function(Option)
Three modes in one machine, can switch freely between air atomization, airflow and overflow. Pure overflow mode can be set according to customer's requirement.
Patented Design
Patented direct-link blower with double air vent greatly increases wind pressure. Meanwhile, the minimum power of single tube is only 3.5KW, the energy consumption is much lower than other similar airflow dyeing machines in the market. A larger blower can bechosen for fabrics that are easy to crease.
Highly Intelligent Control
The standard configurations include: Flow meter forwater supply control; Automatic lint filtering system; Intelligent washing system; Seam detecting system; Proportional heating and cooling system; Dynamic drainage and etc.

Ultra Low Energy Consumption

High Quality Dyeing
Knit: 8S-21S single jersey,16S-21S OE yarn, 26S-50S double-sided ply yarn, taffeta, TR/NR Ponte-de-roma, small circular knitting single jersey, four-way stretch five/seven layers of different materials composite fabrics, thick fleece and terry fabrics.
Woven: Memory like fabric, pongee, polyester taffeta, chiffon, nylon taffeta, polyester four-way stretch, CEY ice silk wrinkle, Vinegar Silk Cotton, 50D High Elastic, taslan, nylon four-way stretch.
Nylon synthetic fiber: swimwear fabric, nylon spandex 8020, polyester spandex, polyester spandex mesh fabric, lace, wedding fabric and etc. This machine effectively solved the difficult dyeing of fabrics by low liquor ratio overflow dyeing machines.
