Full-Mode Model
Switch freely between air atomization, airflow and overflow dyeing. This model is suitable for both thick and tightly woven fabrics and normal knitting fabrics.The lowest liquor ratio of air atomization dyeing is 1:3 and the lowest liquor ratio of airflow dyeing is 1:4.
Pure Overflow Function(Option)
Three different modes in one machine, can switch freely between air atomization, airflow and overflow. Pure overflow mode 3 can be set according to customer's requirement.
Patented Design
Patented direct-link blower with double air vent increases wind pressure greatly. At the same time, the minimum power of single tube is only 3.5KW, the energy consumption is much lower than other similar airflow dyeing machine on the market. A larger blower can be chosen for fabrics that creasing easily.

High Quality Dyeing Method
When the amount of liquid is certain, by increasing the flow rate of the dyeing liquid (that is, increasing the nozzle pressure), the number of cycles of the dyeing liquid can be increased, the temperature in the dyeing machine, the uniform distribution of the dye, the contact number of the dye and the fabric can be increased, and the dyeing time can be shortened. At the same time of increasing the fabric speed and increasing the dye circulation number, it should be noted that the mutual coordination between the winch speed and the nozzle pressure, otherwise it will directly affect the product quality.
