Customer case | The "Banana" dyeing workshop achieved success in production

After a month of hard working, TECCO completed the installation and debugging of 22 sets Banana dyeing machines in Anhui customers plant on April 12. All the test machines were running well, with a daily production capacity of up to 60 tons! Customer is very satisfied with our work.

The machine is suitable for knitting and woven synthetic fiber, home textile, velvet fabric and other fabrics. Compared with the old L-shaped machine, the bath ratio is reduced from 1:10-13 to 1:4-5, it is proved that all kinds of fabrics are smoothly running, have good dyeing effect and less abrasion.

After a comprehensive verification and acceptance by the customer, the machine debugging and operation is well done and met the customer's low bath ratio requirements, and no pipe difference, no cylinder difference.

Compared with the traditional J-shaped cylinder, the "banana" machine has its energy-saving advantages:

1. Liquor ratio: reduced from 1:10-1:13 of the J-shaped machine to 1:4-1:5

2. Low energy consumption: steam is only 50% of J-cylinder, power consumption 30% and water consumption 40%
